Our Process

1. LIGHT THE FIRE

Reach out and let us know you’re interested in TDco.—We’ll then ask you to do a bit of homework and fill out our new client questionnaire to determine if we’re the right fit for your Big Day Branding! We’ll also ask for your project budget at this point.

2. FORMAL PROPOSAL

We’ll send you a quote for the design and printing of your collateral. Price will vary based on the number of pieces that need to be included in your invitation suite or any other day-of design considerations (table numbers, place cards, etc.). Prior to starting the design phase, we require a signed proposal and a 50% deposit of the total project costs.

3. PROJECT TIMELINE

Once we receive the signed project approval and the “green light” to move forward, we’ll send you a timeline so you know when to expect concepts, as well as when you’ll receive your final, finished product.

4. CREATION FIXATION

Time for OUR homework—we’re busy working on your Big Day Branding! Once your concepts are ready they will be sent to you electronically in a PDF format and from there, we’ll await your feedback before beginning revisions.

5. PRINT ROLLERS IN MOTION

Following approval of your designs, we’ll send your job into production! Please be patient and plan ahead, this stage can typically take 2–3 weeks.

6. FINAL INVOICE

You will receive a final invoice for the balance due once your order has shipped or your mailing has been completed. You can pay by check or credit card.
